Opening Hours

The Thermal Pools are open daily from 10.00am to 9.00pm.

The Spa at Hanmer Springs, our massage and beauty facility, is open 10.00am until 7.00pm daily. 

All facilities are closed on Christmas Day.

Bookings

We highly recommend bookings for any massage or beauty treatments.  To make a booking you can contact The Spa on Ph 0064 3 315 0029 or email: the spa@hanmersprings.co.nz 

Group bookings need to be pre-arranged to receive entry discount.  Also it allows us to have enough staff available and prepared for your group's arrival.

Secure Lockers

Secure lockers are available on the complex and cost $2.00 for two hours. Instructions on locker use are provided at the lockers.

Swimwear and towels 

Are available for hire. A $20.00 deposit is necessary along with the cost of hire.

Hanmer Springs is 1½ - 2 hrs drive from Christchurch or Kaikoura.

Banking Facilities

There is a BNZ bank located in the Hanmer Springs Visitor Centre and is open from 10.00am until 2.00pm. There is also an ATM machine which is available from 9.00am until 9.00pm.
